Manifesto dell’essenza.
Stati del corpo che si alternano. Stati del corpo che nascono per morire un istante dopo. Stati del corpo che persistono. Narrazione interna del corpo. Motivazione interna al corpo. Munita di auricolari mi lascio guidare dalla mia stessa voce registrata che in ogni istante mi costringe a modificare la postura con il tentativo di annullare la mia volontà. In un bosco, su un prato, sul greto di un fiume. BAD è aldilà del luogo. BAD non si adatta.
Affondo le mani nella crisi. Cerco la vita del movimento non la sua bellezza. Dipano la trama senza conoscerla. Escludo le transizioni. Distruggo la forma per far sì che il corpo sia presente in ogni istante. Mi spingo nel torbido stupore dell’essere nella scena evitando il fare sulla scena. 
Manifesto l’essenza, e non improvviso.

Essence manifesto.
States of the body that alternate. States of the body that arise to die an instant later. States of the body that persist. Internal narration of the body. Internal motivation of the body. Equipped with earphones, I let myself be guided by my own recorded voice that at every moment forces me to change my posture in an attempt to override my will. In a wood, on a meadow, on the bank of a river. BAD is beyond the place. BAD does not adapt.
I sink my hands into the crisis. I seek the life of the movement not its beauty. I unravel the plot without knowing it. I exclude transitions. I destroy the form so that the body is present in every moment. I thrust myself into the murky stupor of being in the scene while avoiding doing on the scene. 
I manifest the essence and do not improvise.
