Manifesto dell’essenza.
Stati del corpo che si alternano. Stati del corpo che nascono per morire un istante dopo. Stati del corpo che persistono. Narrazione interna del corpo. Motivazione interna al corpo. 
Affondo le mani nella crisi. Cerco la vita del movimento non la sua bellezza. Dipano la trama senza conoscerla. Escludo le transizioni. Distruggo la forma per far sì che il corpo sia presente in ogni istante. Mi spingo nel torbido stupore dell’essere nella scena evitando il fare sulla scena. 
Manifesto l’essenza, e non improvviso.

Manifesto of the essence.

States of the body that alternate. States of the body that are born to die an instant later. States of the body that persist. Internal narration of the body. Internal motivation of the body. 

I sink my hands into the crisis. I seek the life of the movement not its beauty. I unravel the plot without knowing it. I exclude transitions. I destroy the form so that the body is present in every moment. I thrust myself into the murky stupor of being in the scene while avoiding doing on the scene. 

I manifest the essence, and I do not improvise.
